We developed a very specific feature on this website. This website had Woocommerce installed for products. The cart and checkout were separate. We did a couple of things here.
We created a custom checkout page that includes the cart functionality. So, the customer doesn’t have to go to a different page to use the cart feature; they can do everything about the cart from the checkout page. AJAX was implemented to prevent the website from reloading.
We created a custom shop page that lists the products but with extended features. We added the AJAX functionality to the add-to-cart process and two buttons for different functionalities.
Additionally, we helped them redesign the footer and several other contents.
